Ever since I started in the field of behavior analysis, I knew I wanted to disseminate the science to apply to all behavior. I also had a dream of helping others understand and improve health and wellness behavior, and help create life-long sustainable healthy habits. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to speak at these events, to spread the word of applying the science of behaviour to our own daily well-being.
