What is it like to work together?
​I am so glad you asked! We will have a first meeting chat to get to know each other and your goals. Then we will find out what's important to you, and what you like to do for fun! Then we will look at where you currently are at, where you want to go, and steps to get there. Each time we meet, will go over what went well and what didn't go well, and plan next steps to meet your goals. ​

why do i need a health coach?
​Another great question! Maybe you have got big goals, and you can picture your best life. Maybe you have been dreaming of making them happen, and you are finally ready to make a change. Are you ready to get honest with yourself about what's standing in your way? Can you keep yourself accountable and stick with these life changes? Will you be kind to yourself when you make mistakes, and cheer yourself on as you learn and grow? Do you want someone on your side with you as you build this new life for yourself to celebrate your wins and losses, highs and lows? As a health coach, I ask questions to inspire introspection then help with action. The choice is yours!​
